Pending transaction

Hi I used PayPal to check out on a £495 purchase from river island, something went wrong and my transaction didn’t complete but funds have been earmarked (pending transaction) with my bank, I now don’t have the funds to actually check out using my debit card - help

Just give your bank a ring and ask them to release the pending funds back into your available balance.
