Pending transaction

Hi I tried to buy something from a website and payment was through PayPal. The order did not complete, I have no order number and the company have confirmed no order was made. But there is a pending transaction on my bank account. How do I get this money back. The company are saying they cant do anything as no order has been made.

Is it showing in paypal at all / is it pending / is it completed???

It isn't showing on paypal, just on the online banking app in payments pending.

then speak to your bank and they can un-pend it for you.
