Pending status

hey, i have issues with receiving the payment. The money was sent on 21jun, and i got the email for accepting the payment, which i did accepted, but it still shows “pending until 28jun. shipped” and i still haven’t received the money in my account

Sorry for the concern. 

A Pending payment usually means the payment was sent using a bank and the money hasn't been received from the bank just yet.
