Hi I have called , emailed and PayPal has yet to help me and it’s been almost a month. Two orders are pending for same merchant and same amount. I accidentally clicked twice and ordered it twice. Well merchant never received order. Merchant tells me to call pay pal you tell me to contact merchant. Can you please just remove the two pending payments and I can order again through merchant? This is such a headache Thanks mary
