Pending payment

I sent a payment to family an its usd and family an friends but I used my bank instead of card and it's been pending for 5 days there's no way to confirm receipt on cell or computer because I cant find the option and I followed the directions how do I speed up the process?

Its gone as an echeque so you have to wait the 5-7 business days for it to clear.
