Pending payment

Hello there. I made a payment of €300 on nov 2nd. The payment appears to be pending however the money was taken out if my bank account on the 6th of November. The payment was supposed to clear by the 8th but the payment is still pending and i dont know what to do about this.

I am in the uk and i sent the money in euros. The payment appears as pending for both of us.

Sounds like an echeque if its pending on both accounts.

The clearance date is an estimate but normally clears around that date, maybe Monday now its the weekend?
