Pending payment

My payment is pending on PayPal and it has been 15+ days since i made it. I didn’t have any balance on my PayPal so i paid through my bank account and my funds have already been withdrawn from my account yet the payment is still pending on PayPal. Could someone help me out with this?

Pending on your paypal account / sellers paypal account / both paypal accounts / clearance date? / does it say pending+unclaimed at all?
