Pending payment

Hi, I made 2 payments. One was for a phone and one was a refund. Both are stuck on pending.it has now been 8 days and the money has been debited from my bank 2 days ago but the payment is still on pending. I have now cancelled the phone but it wont let me cancel the payment. I also have an angry buyer. Customer service takes several hours to reach. What should I do?
