Pending payment

I received money on the 6th of January and until today it’s not posted on my account . The status of payment is received-pending. With a note inside don’t ship item until you receive payment . How can i get this payment on my account and why it’s on hold ?

Sounds like an echeque.

Reasons for a payment being sent as an echeque are...
1. Card needs updating.
2. Recent neg balance.
3. Recent failed bank transfer.
4. High cost payment.
5. High risk transaction.
6. Some friends / family payments.
