Pending payment

Hi everyone I run a small business and have had a couple of payments through PayPal with no issues. But I’ve had a payment pending for three days I can not pay for the item until the payment is in my balance it’s putting a bad name on my company as it’s been three days already and after a few emails with no reply and a few in helpful automated phone calls I’m still stuck in square one. Can anyone help !!!

PayPal sometimes put hold on funds. See:

Keep some operating funds in your PayPal account or have some small capital to by supplies, etc to properly run your small business. 

Are you running a operation where you buy stock only when it is ordered? If so, you need to spot your small business a lil loan and buy the goods ordered or refund the buyer.
