Pending payment.

Hi,

I've had some issues ordering online with Argos. I placed an order, they have no recollection of my order, I haven't had an order confirmation email or number. On my paypal history, it says the transaction is 'pending'. Argos have suggested I cancel the payment but I don't have the option to do so on my phone app or laptop. Can someone help?
