I am new to selling online and I have had someone buy from my store. The money is put on hold on PayPal and I am told in order to receive the money I must add tracking information on PayPal. The carrier used is not on the list so I selected "other" and typed in "Correios" which is the name of the carrier (this is because my website is print on demand and Priniful use this carrier to ship from Latvia to the UK) However, on Paypal it says "Sent by UK_OTHER". I have also put the tracking number of this package too. It says I will get my money within 1 day of delivery, however, I am unsure whether PayPal will know when the package has been delivered? This is because the package is not being sent with a common carrier. This is until the package is in the UK and then it is delivered by Royal Mail. Will I be able to get the payments after 21 days if I do not add tracking info?
