Pending payment made to me

I spoke to customer service via chat today and they said it will be available by close of buisness today 6.30pm but still not available

Depends on the reason for it being pending, was it an echeque OR new seller hold?

Hi it was sent as an echeque on the 3rd and PayPal said it will be pending untill the 10/1 and even spoke on che May and they said will be cleared by close of buisness 10/1

Customer services wouldn't know the clearance times as they have no control of the money until its cleared through from your bank and different banks have different clearance times.

The date given is an estimate but it normally clears on or shortly after that date, may be a tad longer as its the weekend.

Ok thankyou for your help I will be ringing PayPal as that’s exactly what c/s said to me and have the message still thanks again
