Hello, I have tried figuring this on my own but not sure if I actually succeeded in that. So after my order from a clothing company ended by receiving a massage after checkout that it failed my funds were still transacted from my credit card to PayPal and the payment was on pending status for about 3 days after which it disappeared from my activity. I have found information that there is a 30 day period in which PayPal refunds your money but all that was under different problems so I do not know if I can refer to that. It has been 2 weeks now since the "pending payment" disappeared and I have not gotten any information or money back. I do not know if anyone experienced a similar problem or has any info on whether I should just wait 30 days or if that is not the case. Thank you very much in advance.
