Pending payment as sender

Hi all I have sent money for goods/services however the status is pending. I won’t get my goods until It obviously clears however I was just wondering why It is pending when I am the sender and how long it takes to complete?

I have purchased goods and the funds from my account shows as pending and the seller can’t see.

I am having the same problem but on the other end.  My client paid me $200 through an invoice she has been paying in installments.  On my end it shows a payment of $80 being made.  on her card statement it shows 80 processed and $120 pending.
