On January 8th, I had two orders through a clothing company. The company canceled both of my orders due to a billing mistake. These payments were marked as pending in paypal. I went back and fourth with an agent from the message center who told me that the pending payments would expire on the 5th of February and would be either released from reserve status. I went on to check today, as it was the 5th, and the payments and money are absolutely nowhere to be found. What should I do?
