Pending after a week

I have a payment pending after I made a payment one week ago. The money came out of my bank 3 days ago and the payment is still pending on paypal. Does anyone know what's happening here?

Pending with a clearance date ie echeque?

Pending /unclaimed?

Pending /unclaimed with a cancel option?

Pending awaiting authorisation to a company?
