Pending Status

I got the payment from my customer February 23 but the status pending and there is info “expected clearing date: 26 February 2020” but until now the status still pending. Anyone can help me why this happenend and the payment through personal payment which is the money should be sent to my paypal saldo at the same day. Thanks
