Do I need 2 separate PayPal accounts? One as a Merchant and 1 as a buyer?? (I have a Merchant PayPal account.) I ordered something on eBay that eBay says is pending in their system. They say I should be able to cancel it on PayPal, but it doesn't appear in Activity on PayPal. I have a transaction number, and tried entering that in the Search field but got no response. Why doesn't it appear there?
