I recently sold something on eBay, which the buyer paid for. Due to personal circumstance, I couldn't send in the timeframe I'd agreed. I emailed her, cancelled the order and issued a refund. This was the beginning of April.
However, she contacted me to ask why she hadn't received the refund and why it is pending. It is showing as pending on my end too, but I don't understand why. Paypal tells me it should clear within 3-7 days of the transaction, but we are well over that now.
