Hello, I am relatively new to Paypal however I’ve been selling through Depop and have made close to 30 sales. I add shipment information (tracking) to each of my sales and am told my money will come off of pending a day after delivery. This does not happen and I have money just sitting in my account. I try to contact Paypal and they do not do much to help me. There’s been more that 10 items delivered and the wait time to take the money off pending is ridiculous. I was wondering how to get Paypal to stop holding my money and how to get it released after delivery?
