I have made a payment using Paypal but the seller haven't got the money nor any order was registered in their database. Since the seller hasn't confirmed anything my transaction is in Pending state for over a week now. I am not sure what would be the correct way to get my money back. Can anyone please help.
I tried reaching Paypal customer service but that couldn't help
