Pending Payment

I sent money to eBay seller and my payment status says "pending". It has been a week and seller says his PayPal account states that buyer initiated payment, but it has not been posted. Should I just wait? For how long? It never happened before. I done numerous eBay purchases and ALL of them had immediate payment processing. Seller also seems like an experienced one, with almost 6,000 transactions. My PayPal linked to credit card, not the bank account. Please help, any advice is appreciated!

This sounds very much like a problem with the email address the seller has on their auction.

ASK YOUR SELLER TO DO THIS.

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
