Sorry, first time seller to an international buyer here!
I am selling an item online and my international buyer has assured me they have paid me through PayPal and the funds have left their account. I have no funds in my account and have received no notification or message that I have pending funds. They buyer is pushing for me to post the item out, but I'm hesitant until I can at least see that they have paid the correct amount. I know payments can be delayed to protect both sellers and buyers, but does this sound right?
