Pending Payment - No Cancel Option

Can PayPal cancel the echeck if i do not see the option to cancel myself? 

Seller has not received the money + Funds are still in my bank account.

Thanks for reaching out, that's a great question! Unfortunately PayPal Support wouldn't be able to cancel that eCheck either. Normally you can only cancel a payment that is Unclaimed. Here's a bit more information about eChecks and how they process.
