Pending Invoice

Hi! Is there a technical problem with Paypal? My client said she already sent the invoice payment to my paypal account last Saturday, Nov 16, but until now the status of the invoice I sent her is “pending” and the payment still not appearing to my balance. Can someone help me? Thank you!

Hey @KkLpz,

 

Thanks for asking your question in our Community.

I understand that your invoice is still 'Pending'. This status meas that the buyer has not responded yet to the invoice. As soon as the buyer accepts and pays the invoice the status will change. We would advise waiting with delivering the item or service until the payment is completed. If the buyer has any issue with PayPal they can contact us and we will help them resolve this.
