Pending Authorization ?

Hi,

 

A client has bought a product from us and is paying by PayPal. We have received the notification that it is pending.

 

We contacted her and she says what is below.

 

How can this be resolved so we can get the payment and she get the product?

Yes I still wanted to make this purchase but I can't understand what the problem is as I wish to pay by paypal .
I have tried to cancel the paypal order and I can't seem to do that.
Have you processed the order ? as paypal release the money when the order is processed normally.
I tried to re-order and then the checkout said I had ordered 2 copies which I don't want.
If you have not processed the order can you cancel all orders  and let me know, and I will start again and hopefully I will not be charged twice  by paypal for this order.
If the order is already processed and on it's way to me that is fine and paypal will then charge my account.
