Hi, I tried purchasing something with a visa prepaid card, as I heard that works, but when I tried using it, I had to verify it, so it took $1.95 from it, and 25 was on the card and the thing I want costs $25 dollars exactly. So without that 1.95 I can't purchase the item, and I have not gotten it back, so I want to know where in cyberspace has the $1.95 gone!

PayPal will issue a refund once you confirm the card. It can take the card a week, up to 30 days to post the credit.
