Right here it goes my son has been buying stuff on his xbox one and i havnt known about it but its gone out of my mums bank account i have contacted microsoft but also gone on paypal when i clicked on the purchase i went on microsoft purchases and i made it inactive the purchases were already pyment pending as they was an awful lot so the bank has probably been abit weary about it does it mean that i will get all the money back on to the account or the money wont actually go through. As im dresding having to tell my mum whats happened thank you.
