So basically i created a paypal account today and my friend is sending me money, hes sent me over 200$ today, and whenever i try to purchase anything it says , Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
For what it's worth. I've been a Paypal customer for years and use it several times a week to buy things off eBay (mostly but not only). I also have several credit cards associated with my account. Today I can't buy anything. I get the error message "
