I just sold an item on Ebay Authenticate and they used an email that was not linked to my paypal account. I have called eBay to give them the correct email, but they said to call paypal. I have tried to change my email via paypal on-line but it says there is a problem with adding the other address. And it says to contact them if the problem continues. So I have tried to call paypal 3 times today and after going through all the prompts rather than putting me on hold, as it says it will, the line goes dead. How can I get someone from paypal on the phone?? This is really frustrating.
