I gave up on this issue months ago but am trying again to get Paypal to pay me the money returned to me by a seller whose laptop I returned. The seller has acknowledged he returned it. How do I get Paypal to return my money?

Refunds are automatic, if you funded the payment to the seller via bank transfer it would go back to your Paypal balance.
If you funded it via a debit or credit card then it would go back to that card.
You would also have a Paypal email to say a refund had been issued and it would show in your Paypal transaction details (as long as you did not pay as a guest buyer).
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
