Paypal will not allow me to accept transferred money

I am a photographer and I am trying to find money that has clearly.. CLEARLY been sent to me by my client. The email reads "Accept your Money!" and when I log in, I get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Zero. No proof of transfer. No pop up about money. Nothing.

What is going on and how the heck do I fix this?
