Paypal using foreign currency no permission

I set payments to come out of my bank account but I am seeing Paypal is they using my foreign currency and converting to pay automatic payments. How do I to stop it!!!

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I see you have a concern about the way payments are funded when you make a purchase. I'm sorry for any misunderstanding about how PayPal works, but money in your balance will be used first if there's enough to cover a payment. If the money in the balance is insufficient, one of your other payment methods will be used.

However, when completing a purchase, you may click the link that says You're Sending With or Change Payment Method before sending the payment to see what other payment methods may be available.
