So I bought 2 thing both costings 39 euros and paypal took the first payment via my bank but the second one via Paypal but I had no money on my Paypal. Now i have minus 39 euros in my paypal. After that I added 100 euros to my bank account and I added 39 euro to my Paypal via bankcontact then my minus 39 euro was resolved but paypal also took money from my bank account so i paid lost 117 euros insted of 78 euros.
Does my money just come back from paypal or what?
