Paypal takin money every month from my account?

Hello everyone, 

a couple days ago I got a message on my Paypal saying that Paypal Europe S.a.r.l. and Cie S.C.A  was gonna charge me 20 euros every month but I have no clue why.

I never agreed to anything and never gave permission to take this money.

Could you help me?
