Paypal sent me money but it is not in my bank

I won a dispute and it says paypal sent me my 20 euros back but when i check my bank its not there i have been waiting 2 days and it is still not in my bank anyone know whats going on

Issued refunds are returned to original funding source. Arrival times may vary:  

- Bank account payments, 3-5 or 5-7 days, depending on your bank. 

- Cards & PayPal Credit (aka billmelater) about a week, up to 30 days depending on your issuing card. 

- PayPal balance, fairly instant. 

- Split payments between PayPal balance and card/bank, see above.

i paid with my debit card so any time frame on when the transfer will be back onto my card? @sharpiemarker

Yes. It will go back on your card. The timeframe will be as mentioned above, between a week to 30 days depending on your card issuer's processes.
