I am receiving "Customer Name has just sent you a payment" email that are missing data. Another example of this arrive today at 6:57am. see what PayPal emailed me at 6:57am this morning:
Transaction ID: 88L62962MF758154L
It has the customer name, email and 'ship to address' but is missing all of the other needed information, such as Description or what was purchased, the Unit Price, Qty, Amount, Total, Invoice ID etc.
This has been happening for about a month, and I called last week to straighten it out - but today it started again.
How am I suppose to write a customer a receipt or know what to ship?
