When I made a purchase through a company I’m sure it was pending in my bank and on PayPal. When I checked my accounts just before, PayPal says the transaction is completed and something about “call by payment interface”. It says £40 is paid from my account, though the payment is actually £42. On my bank there isn’t any trace of a transaction at all, including pending. However, a cancelled order from the same company is still pending on both and for the right amount. What does call by payment interface mean and is it PayPal or my bank that’s wrong? Thanks.
