Paypal says I need a paypal account to get my payment

I receive funds from one of my clients last month successfully ove paypal.

 

This time around when they sent the payment they receive the following message.

(My name) needs a PayPal account to receive your ($***.00).

They'll have 10 days to accept your money. We'll help remind them before it's transferred from your account.

 

I have not receive any notifications from Paypal nor have i receive any emails regarding this matter. What would be the cause of this?

 

You can also note that the only thing i did different was to change the Business name of my paypal account. Would this be the issue? I changed back the business since to see if it would have resolve the issue and if i wouldve gotten some notification, but still nothing. Thanks in advance.
