Paypal reversed a payment-Order didn't go through

Hey, I made a purchase from Morphe and placed the order and everything was dandy and then Paypal reversed the payment and refunded me the full amount when I had enough money and this is a perfectly normal transaction for me. Now Morphe can't advise of another way for me to make the payment and I can't cancel the order and it's not going to ship.

Is there a way to resend the funds to Morphe?

There should be the merchant's PayPal email address on the payment details of the original payment, no? Send them a "goods and services payment" (be sure to do this to get PayPal purchase protection! The setting for payment type can be found under the amount field.) and indicate the order number in the notes field from your Morphe order email confirmation. 

If Morphe are not going to ship the first order, then consider to make a new order?

The only information in Seller Information is just 'Morphe PTY LTD' and I can't see any other seller details

In that case, there is no choice but to make a new order.
