I just received $3,500.00 from a client and paypal will not move it into my bank account citing security issues. What is the security issue? To them it is a large amount of money and their security has decided it can not pass the money to my bank account. They have given me no other options. To them the security system Lester employee number 41196 for escalation he is the last person. They don't have a security department it is not real person so if they block you security wise you have not recourse according to Lester and Paypal keeps your money. Oh wait he told me I can at a later date while Paypal holds on to your money you can try it at a later date but he doubts that will work. In conclusion paypal holds your money - puts a security hold on it and you have zero recourse. I am with Lester on the phone as I type this and he just confirmed I have no recourse.
