I bought something from ebay using my paypal cuz my credit card is link with paypal but requested a refund for it cause it was broken and then I checked my paypal account i can see that the seller somehow did send me the refund however it hasn’t appearing to my card yet or paypal account and it’s been 3days now and I still haven’t received my fully refund.
If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
