Paypal refund problems

HELP! I purchased from Ktown4u through paypal using my debit card but i cancelled my order so i asked for a refund. The amount has been refunded back according to paypal but it did not reflect on my debit card. It has been over two months already, what should i do??

Request a trace from your bank or card account and paypal c.s.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Hi, thank you! I did all that and went to the bank twice to settle and trace the amount. However, it was still unsuccessful. They adviced me to just wait for the amount to appear in my statement.

I also went to the bank. It is on PayPal’s end not the bank. Tired of getting the run around
