Paypal prepaid transfer to a friend's regular paypal

A friend asked me if she could transfer her paypal prepaid account funds to my regular paypal account. I'm pretty sure this is possible, but I have never used a Paypal Prepaid account. I also have not been able to find anything on the Paypal Prepaid FAQ page. Thank You

I believe you can only transfer from a PayPal balance into a PayPal Prepaid card account, not from a Prepaid card account into a PayPal balance. 

If the card has been added to their PayPal Wallet and PayPal is not letting the funds be sent to your PayPal account with the debit card as the funding method, then you could fund the account with PayPal Cash.

Your friend can withdrawal from the card account at an atm and use PayPal Cash to generate a barcode to present to a retailer. Then, add funds to their PayPal account and transfer the funds to your PayPal account.

Also, PayPal is now issuing their Cash debit card. This card is linked directly your PayPal balance. The card is free and there is no monthly fee.
