Paypal payments

I'm receiving emails saying I've got money and to click the link to recieve, my balance says 0 and when I click the link it jsut takes me to my account. People are sending me money but I can't see it in my balance. Help please I've confirmed my email etc

I am facing a similar situation. I got an email from PayPal saying my funds are ready from a payment and when I click the links in the email, including the transaction number itself, it takes me to an ‘oops, this page doesn’t exist’ page.
