Paypal payment still on hold when tracking shows its delivered over a day ago

Hi i have previously got my payment in once it shows as delivered but i have had an item be delivered yesterday and no payment

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hopefully released soon.

Thanks for reply I was worried it was to do with being sent hermes rather than RM
