This has been going on for 3 months now for me. Last week i finally was able to speak with someone on the phone that seemed to know what she was talking about. She said it was a different banking company that took over & their servers weren't communicating properly. She assured me if i installed the app on my phone that i would be able to make the payment through that & it would definitely go through, well today that failed again after waiting another 6 days. I'm really going to be fuming if i find out they have reported my account as late to the credit agencies.
