Hi I have a monthly payment of €9.99 leaving my account i have no idea what its for and its been going out for some time. I do have a seperate payment for Dropbox of 9.99 but this is am additional payment that comes up as Paypal. Anyone else have something similar and wher do i go to get a refund???
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
