Recently, I've been seeing charges to my checking account in the amount of $60.91, and the description says it's a fee. The thing is, I have paid PayPal any negative balances and cancelled any automatic payments through PayPal. They have taken $60 from me twice now, and once made my account go under (luckily my credit union didn't charge me). What should I do to get them to stop?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
